Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of students to identify mental health needs and risk factors, followed by the creation of individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other personalized strategies tailored to the unique needs of each student.

• Documenting clinical interactions accurately and maintaining confidentiality according to HIPAA standards while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Working collaboratively with a diverse team, including educational staff and mental health professionals, to coordinate care and address the students' needs holistically.

• Participating in regular supervision and peer review meetings to promote best practices and continuous professional development.

• Providing education and resource support to clients and their families, empowering them with critical information about mental health, treatment options, and local community services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds who are facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Tennessee.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience, preferably in school or community settings, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health care.

• Proficient understanding of solution-based therapeutic interventions, able to adapt to diverse client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building trust and rapport with students and families.
