This full-time, remote position will focus on providing clinical support to students and families within a school setting in Memphis, Tennessee. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for assigned clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with students, their families, and educational staff, ensuring integration of support services.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessment techniques to determine the appropriate level of care necessary for each client.
\n
• Carry a diverse caseload that may include individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the needs of the client.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance collaborative care strategies and improve client outcomes.

• Monitor client progress and outcomes, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to ensure efficacy and responsiveness to client needs.

• Address crisis situations promptly and effectively, deploying crisis intervention strategies as required.

• Ensure compliance with all ethical and legal standards while maintaining up-to-date documentation and reporting.

• Offer on-call support to clients and school personnel as needed, contributing to a safer and more supportive school environment.

The clients served in this role primarily include school-aged children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, often facing challenges such as emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues. Many of our clients come from under-resourced situations, and your work will have a profound impact on their lives by providing crucial support and equipping them with coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
\n
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly with children and adolescents in school or similar settings.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enhancing the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a school-based setting or with youth in community health settings.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and social determinants of health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
