Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional challenges, employing evidence-based methodologies.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that address individualized needs and ensure access to appropriate services, fostering a pathway to recovery.

• Provide brief intervention and recovery services focused on empowering clients and enhancing their coping skills.
\n
• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and conduct standards set forth by our organization, ensuring high-quality services.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to enhance treatment outcomes, sharing insights and strategies through effective communication.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal therapeutic results.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals grappling with substance use challenges and co-occurring mental health disorders at our detox center. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 - 85,000 annually, reflecting the expertise and commitment of our staff.
