Casting Product Engineering Manager (Onsite)

Security Clearance Type: None/Not Required Security Clearance Status: Not Required The Product Engineering Manager’s Responsibilities Empower and lead the RPCL Product Engineering team in casting development activities including part quality requirements, casting mold & tooling design, work instructions, etc. Lead continuous improvement activities and enforce standardized engineering practices, processes, tools and methods across all products. Develop the product engineering team in skill sets which are critical for group success. Manage the resources and assignments across the team. Develop technical and project plans for new castings to meet all casting quality requirements. Support the RPCL Operations team as needed to meet program requirements. Travel less than 10%. Basic Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a technically-related field and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience. Experience as a Product Engineer for aerospace castings. U.S. citizenship is required. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as supervisor in Engineering or Operations Engineering. Leadership, critical thinking, business discernment, innovation, collaboration, written & verbal communication, presentation, analytical thinking, problem solving, customer focus, attention to detail. Six Sigma green belt or equivalent. Background with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and the Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) process. Highly self-directed, quick learner, with a strong drive for results, team‑building, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Salary range: 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
