Finance ManagerWe are looking for a Finance Manager to join our global Finance team at Taptap Send. As the company continues to scale rapidly across multiple markets, this role will play an important part in supporting the delivery of high-quality financial reporting across the group and strengthening our financial control environment.You will support the coordination of statutory audits across multiple global entities, help design and implement robust financial controls, and contribute to the monthly reporting process. You will also work on initiatives to improve finance processes and build scalable reporting infrastructure through automation.This role offers strong exposure to group reporting, global audit coordination, and financial control in a fast-growing fintech environment, working closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams across the business.The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about improving financial processes in a fast-paced and mission-driven company.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.Assist in maintaining accurate financial data across multiple entities and reporting systems.Contribute to the preparation of internal financial reporting and analysis used by senior leadership.Maintain clear documentation of accounting processes and financial reporting procedures.Assist with maintaining documentation required for regulatory and compliance reporting across jurisdictions.Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving financial discipline and consistency across entities.Support initiatives to improve and automate finance workflows and reporting processes.Support projects to improve the efficiency and scalability of financial reporting systems and data flowsWork with Finance and Data teams to improve reporting accuracy and data quality.RequirementsCPA / ACA (or equivalent) qualified with 1–2 years post-qualification experience.Prior experience in audit, financial reporting, or financial controls (e.g., Big 4 or similar environment).Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.Interest in process improvement, automation, and building scalable finance processes.Taptap ValuesImpact firstTeam nextAccept realityPropose solutionsWin with gritBe proactively candid, with yourself and othersLove the particularOwn itCreate positive energyMaybe, even have funTaptap Send is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
