IT Business Analyst - Pennington, NJ - Contract - $56-61 per HR This position is a contract role based in Pennington, NJ, requiring three days onsite per week. - Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to define and analyze requirements.
- Document and translate business needs into actionable deliverables for Agile teams.
- Support testing and implementation activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Drive successful outcomes across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Utilize modern tools to enhance analysis and delivery effectiveness.
- Experience in Wealth Management.
- Proven experience as a business systems analyst on an Agile team.
- Proficiency in writing user stories and creating technical design documentation.
- Experience with Workplace Benefits products, including Equity Awards and 401k products.
