Senior Business Systems AnalystGenesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.This Senior Analyst role supports strategic initiatives across the Enterprise Credit domain, with a focus on delivering scalable, well-governed business and technology solutions. The position is responsible for leading business and system requirements analysis, translating stakeholder needs into actionable specifications, and supporting solution design across complex initiatives. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with business, technology, and delivery teams to understand objectives, assess impacts, and manage scope and requirements decisions.Responsibilities:Analyze and define requirements for initiatives and BAU work, including business goals, technical requirements, platform dependencies, and capability gapsMentor junior analysts and manage traceability and change throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate with Enterprise Credit business and technology teams to elicit, define, and validate requirements that meet business needsServe as a subject matter expert within the business and technical domainLead and support build/buy evaluations and cost-benefit analysisProactively manage, communicate, and escalate risks to support successful project implementationPromote a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive team culture while helping attract and retain strong technical analyst talentAdvocate for and advance Agile and HyperAgile solution delivery practicesRequirements:Demonstrated experience evaluating use cases, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into clear technical specificationsDomain knowledge in Commercial Credit Pricing, Spreading, Underwriting, or other Enterprise Credit areasAbility to influence stakeholder strategy, understand business needs, align diverse groups toward common goals, and clearly articulate problems and proposed solutionsExpertise in business modeling, business process engineering, process design, and documentation using standard and emerging toolsClear, concise communication with both technical and non-technical audiencesExpert user of AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot and other approved toolsExperience applying AI/ML capabilities to the business analysis process and using AI responsibly to improve productivity, quality, and decision-makingSignificant experience working in Agile / SAFe environments, delivering across multiple Program Increments, owning outcomes, navigating ambiguity, and making sound decisions quicklyBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or FinanceDesired skills:Business Analysis certificationProduct Mindset: Ability to identify platform capability needs, contribute to feature definition, and approach the platform as a productKnowledge of HyperAgile is highly desirablePay range: $46.34 - $54.34 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
