Senior Manager, Sales People Strategy

Smartsheet is hiring a Senior Manager, People Business Partner to design and execute talent strategy for the Global Go-To-Market function. This leadership role partners with People & Culture COEs to drive workforce planning, performance management, development, and retention for sales teams. Reports to the Sr. Director and requires three days per week in our Bellevue, WA office.
