CNC Swiss Machinist

What You'll Do

• Set up and run Swiss CNC machines producing precision medical components
• Install and adjust tooling, offsets, and machine settings
• Perform tool changes and monitor tool performance during production
• Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed
• Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to meet manufacturing goals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of CNC Swiss machining experience
• Experience with Tsugami, Citizen, Star, or similar Swiss-style CNC equipment
• Setup experience, including tooling changes and offset adjustments
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of tight-tolerance machining
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus, but not required
• Reliable work history and a commitment to quality

This is a Permanent position based out of Coon Rapids, MN.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $104000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
