Hiring CNC Machinists Pay Range $27-$40/hour in MN

Pay Range : $27/hour to $40/hour ( Based on Experience / Shift / OTs).

Shift : First - Second and Weekend.

Location : Coon Rapids, Cambridge, Isanti, Minneapolis locations of MN.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines to produce medical components to precise specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Install tooling, set tool offsets, and make machine adjustments during setup.
• Perform routine tool changes and monitor tool wear.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor machining issues and make process adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with medical manufacturing requirements.
• Collaborate with machining, quality, finishing, setup, and engineering teams to support production goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of CNC Swiss machining experience in a production environment.
• Experience with Swiss machines such as Tsugami, Citizen, Star , or similar equipment.
• At least 6 months of machine setup experience, including tooling changes and offset adjustments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of precision machining and tight-tolerance manufacturing.
• Commitment to producing high-quality components in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Coon Rapids, MN.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $104000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
