CNC Lathe Setup Machinist Opportunity

Twin City Staffing is seeking a CNC lathe setup machinist for a well-established company in Fridley, MN. This is a great opportunity to join a clean, well-maintained shop with long-term customers, newer equipment, and a supportive team. If you have CNC lathe experience and want to grow your career in a stable environment, we want to hear from you!

Location: Blaine, MN Wage: $30 - $40/hr (depending on experience) Hours:

1st shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm
2nd shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 pm – 2:30 am
Overtime available on Fridays

Duties of the CNC lathe setup machinist:

Set up and operate CNC lathes; troubleshoot machine issues when needed
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Perform tool changes and make adjustments as needed
Inspect finished parts with precision measuring instruments

Requirements of the CNC lathe setup machinist:

Previous CNC lathe setup and operation experience
Proficiency in reading blueprints and strong mechanical aptitude
Skilled with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
Knowledge of G&M codes
Experience with MasterCAM is a plus
