Senior Salesforce DeveloperThe Senior Salesforce Developer is a hands-on software developer responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting custom and standard solutions across Dell Medical School's Salesforce ecosystem. Working in partnership with the Senior Salesforce Engineer and business, data, security, and delivery teams, this role translates complex healthcare, fundraising, constituent-engagement, and analytics requirements into secure, scalable applications.The position develops production-quality Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, automation, and data solutions across Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud Next, and Health Cloud. The developer applies disciplined software engineering practices, including source control, automated testing, code review, documentation, and secure handling of PHI/PII, while implementing new Salesforce solutions and improving platform reliability and user experience.The Senior Salesforce Developer designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports production-grade solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role provides advanced hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, APIs, automation, and data technologies while supporting Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud Next, and Health Cloud.The position partners with technical and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable solutions while applying software engineering, DevOps, testing, documentation, privacy, and security best practices.ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Application DevelopmentCloud Solution Delivery: Nonprofit Cloud, Data Cloud & Health CloudIntegrations, APIs & Data EngineeringDevOps, Quality Engineering & Release DeliveryTechnical Collaboration & SupportMarginal or Periodic FunctionsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesTechnical Learning / Functional/Technical SkillsDecision QualityCollaboratesManages ComplexityEnsures AccountabilityBusiness AcumenCommunicates EffectivelyRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.Six years of professional software development experience, including at least four years of hands-on Salesforce development using Apex and Lightning technologies and at least two years delivering complex enterprise Salesforce solutions.Production implementation experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Data Cloud, and Health Cloud.Experience with Salesforce integrations, including APIs, Apex, and SOQL.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting Salesforce in healthcare, higher education, philanthropy, fundraising, or nonprofit program environments.Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Salesforce Certified Developer or Administrator.Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.Salary Range$99,139+ depending on qualificationsWorking ConditionsStandard office equipment.Repetitive use of a keyboard.This position is designated as remote.Required MaterialsResume/CV3 work references with their contact information; at least one reference should be from a supervisorLetter of interest
