This role is specifically looking for a person who is comfortable teaching in Parent/Child classes for children under 3 years old. While the job focus is on the child, you must be comfortable educating and correcting their parents. Responsibilities Introduce kids and parents to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym’s unique learning environment. Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method. Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family. Weekday shift availability will be given preference. Qualifications Experience teaching or working in a child‑focused environment, preferably with children under 3. Strong communication skills and comfort educating parents. Ability to create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children. Team‑oriented, energetic, and able to treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day every week. Enjoys working with children and has a genuine, positive attitude. Flexible to meet weekday shift requirements. All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
