Your Impact as RN Clinical Manager

In this leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations, mentor field clinicians, and ensure exceptional patient care and regulatory compliance across the home health team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing clinical leadership and support to nurses and therapists in the field
• Reviewing OASIS documentation and ensuring Medicare compliance
• Managing care plans (485s) and clinical documentation workflows
• Supporting onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development
• Serving as a clinical resource for triage and patient care guidance
• Driving quality outcomes and best practices across the office

What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Recent Home Health experience required
• Strong hands-on OASIS experience
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and clinical documentation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
