JOB SUMMARY: This Revenue Specialist II ECC - Child Support Case Processing Analyst - PPFD position, on the Payment Processing Funds and Distribution Team in Region 3, performs payment processing for child support cases and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers with a financial background. Your duties would include: * Initiating and responding to requests * Analyzing and completing financial activities * Coordinating with internal and external partners * Researching and resolving case issues * Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps * Assisting customers * Interacting with financial services providers, other states, employers, and other business partners * Making decisions based on case information and provided documentation MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Two years of experience processing information using a computer system. * Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions. * * Two years of experience communicating with others to gather information. * * Two years of experience working in a financial environment or completing monetary transactions.
