Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based respiratory care to patients of all ages in acute and critical care settings.
• Assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions for patients with complex cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
• Operate and maintain ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and diagnostic equipment.
• Respond rapidly to emergency situations and participate in code blue teams.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in patient records.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Montana.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• At least one year of experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.

$2,106 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
