Sales Representative - Western Iowa - Orthopaedic Instruments

Stryker

Stryker seeks an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative for western Iowa to drive medical device sales across a multi-territory region. The role is field-based with responsibility for building clinical relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and executing territory growth plans.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve quota targets
Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, supply chain, and hospital administrators
Conduct product demonstrations and clinical evaluations in operating room settings
Lead product launches, conversions, and implementations with customer accounts
Deliver in-services and training to clinical staff on product usage

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of outside sales/B2B sales experience
2+ years medical device sales or healthcare B2B sales with quota responsibility, preferred
Proven track record of quota attainment and territory expansion
Experience selling into hospitals, physicians, or healthcare systems
Valid driver's license and ability to travel 30% within territory
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently

Compensation: 100% commission with eligibility for bonuses and benefits
