Temporary Legal Receptionist

Top US law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Receptionist on an initial 8-week temporary assignment.

What’s On Offer:

£18 hourly rate + holiday pay
09:30-17:30 working hours (Monday-Friday)
Fantastic office spaces near Bank / St Paul’s

Temporary Legal Receptionist – What You’ll Be Doing:

Greeting visitors and notifying internal hosts of arrivals
Escorting visiting lawyers to allocated offices
Issuing, tracking, and logging temporary security passes
Managing room bookings and ensuring meeting requirements are communicated and delivered seamlessly
Liaising with internal teams including Catering, Conference Room Assistants, IT, Facilities, and Building Security
Coordinating visitor registrations and delivery management
Managing security pass requests, replacements, and reporting lost or defective passes
Reporting building faults and maintenance issues to Facilities and the resident engineer
Providing general administrative support to the reception function

Temporary Legal Receptionist – What We’re Looking For:

Must be available immediately or at very short notice
Legal Receptionist / Front of House experience gained within a law firm is essential
Computer skills including experience using room booking systems would be an advantage
A flexible, cheerful, and enthusiastic approach to the role, and a can-do attitude
