They handle 100% of the marketing, scheduling, and billing so you can focus entirely on your craft with a steady, reliable paycheck. Key Responsibilities * Perform high-quality home repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects. * Deliver specialized Carpentry work (trim work, repairs, custom installations) alongside general trade tasks. * Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site. * Provide professional, friendly communication to high-end homeowners regarding project status. Requirements * Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in carpentry and at least one other skilled trade. * Location: Must be based in or near the Union County, NJ area (commutable to Clark/Westfield). * Transportation: Must have a reliable truck, van, or large SUV and valid driver's license for initial tool transport (mileage/travel reimbursed). * Skills: Fluent in English with excellent customer service skills. * Verification: Must be willing to undergo a standard pre-employment background check.
