Sr. Marketing Specialist - Commercial ConstructionNashville, TNPOSITION SUMMARYBarton Malow is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team, where collaboration and creativity drive how we amplify our brand and tell the stories of our people, projects, and communities. Based in our Nashville, Tennessee office, this role supports work acquisition efforts by leading the development of credentials/qualifications, proposals, and other pursuit-related marketing deliverables.Senior Marketing Specialists work collaboratively with business development, preconstruction, project delivery, and marketing team members to plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality submissions. In addition to proposal leadership, Senior Marketing Specialists play an active role in executing marketing strategies and initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging, alignment with Barton Malow standards, and clear communication across teams.The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience Level: 4+ YearsBachelor’s degree with 4+ years of marketing experience in the AEC industryWithout a degree, 6+ years of relevant AEC experienceCore ResponsibilitiesDevelops and maintains resumes, boilerplate content, project descriptions, and imagery in the database(s), writing custom content as neededCollaborates with project delivery and other business partners to develop relevant marketing collateral for specific client pursuits (credentials, proposals, presentations, etc.)Continuously captures relevant content of our people and projects through jobsite visits, interviews, and photography/videoCollaborates across the MarCom team on various initiatives, strategic planning items, and client-related creative requests; supports event planning, production, and executionEnsures all geographies and markets are well represented in internal and external communications, including but not limited to social media, website, intranet, and leadership updatesPartners with internal stakeholders across departments and business units to support internal and external efforts, ensuring timely input, accurate content, and consistent messaging across all materialsKey SkillsProficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteProficient in document design and layoutProficient in RFQ/RFP response development and coordinationEdit content to ensure quality, accuracy, readability, etc.Photography/videography skills are a plusKnowledge of content management systemsExcellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks at a timeDetail-oriented and organizedBarton Malow is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
