A strong stable company is looking for a bookkeeper. The company is looking to maintain continuity and strengthen its accounting function following a long-tenured employee's retirement. This bookkeeper will play a key role in managing daily financial transactions and ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounting activities using NetSuite and other financial tools.

Up to $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Key responsibilities include processing approximately 100 AP invoices per week with accuracy and timeliness, handling cash applications, posting cash, and reconciling accounts, working closely with sales and procurement teams on financial coordination, assisting in extending and managing customer lines of credit, processing payroll for approximately 50 employees (salary and hourly), reviewing and processing employee expense reports, and utilizing systems such as NetSuite and Ramp for financial operations.

Qualifications include 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, experience with NetSuite strongly preferred, familiarity with AP, AR, payroll, and expense management processes, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
