About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for People Operations to spearhead the design, execution, and continuous evolution of its global People Operations strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the transformation of the People operating model, with a focus on modernizing the organization's operations through the strategic use of technology, AI, and automation. This role demands a leader with a strong operational mindset, capable of simplifying processes, and driving accountability to ensure that the People function is efficient, scalable, and aligned with the company's priorities. The SVP will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing, globally distributed People Operations team, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring that the employee experience is exceptional at every interaction. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive leadership experience in People Operations, HR Technology, Shared Services, or HR Transformation, with a proven track record of leading global People Operations organizations. Deep expertise in Workday is essential, as is experience in leading enterprise-wide process improvement, automation, and AI adoption. The role requires a leader who can build strong partnerships across the enterprise, influence at all levels, and ensure operational compliance and governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data strategy, analytics, and workforce insights, and be adept at leveraging AI and advanced analytics to drive proactive workforce decisions. A background in enterprise software, SaaS, or other high-growth global companies is highly valued.
