Gastroenterology Opportunity in Marshfield, WI

Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Gastroenterologist to join our well-established team in Marshfield Wisconsin. Additional training and interest in ERCP/EUS is preferred, but not required. This is an outpatient-only role with NO evening, weekend or holiday call, which provides an excellent work-life balance! This outpatient GI position is supported by dedicated Advanced Practice Providers. The GI unit is comprised of 10 rooms. The Marshfield Medical Center outpatient clinic is adjacent to our Marshfield Trauma Level 2 hospital campus. On-site ancillary services include, but are not limited to: Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Infusions, Lab, and an OSC.

Position Details:

• Flourishing, turn-key ready, high-volume GI practice with strong community presence
• 100% outpatient practice
• Zero hospital call
• Weekends off
• Flexibility to have 100% procedure-based practice if desired
• Average of 14 procedures/day in a streamlined, procedure-heavy setting
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team which includes experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioners
• Compensation floor of $800,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
• In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
