What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and grow a sales territory throughout Westchester County

• Prospect and develop new business within restaurants, hospitality, and food service accounts

• Build strong relationships with owners, operators, chefs, and decision-makers

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account expansion

• Conduct in-person client visits, networking, outreach, and follow-ups

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service

• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently hit sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of sales experience required (or equivalent customer-facing business experience)

• Outside sales experience preferred

• Food service, distribution, beverage, hospitality, restaurant, or B2B sales experience strongly preferred

• Kitchen, culinary, or restaurant professionals looking to transition into a sales career are encouraged to apply

• Proven ability to generate new business and close deals, or a demonstrated passion for building client relationships

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Compensation & Growth

This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, with realistic earnings between $90k+ for successful performers.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
