Director of Rehab

Stellar Senior Living is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead our on-site rehabilitation program within a vibrant senior living community. In this leadership role, you will oversee PT, OT, and speech services, guide and mentor a dedicated clinical team, and ensure individualized, resident-first care that promotes safety, function, and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with nursing and leadership, manage regulatory compliance and documentation, track outcomes, and drive continuous improvement—all within a compassionate, homelike environment that values integrity, teamwork, and meaningful resident relationships.
