Overnight Youth Support Specialist - Direct Care

Centerboard in Lynn, MA is seeking Direct Care Staff for the overnight shift in a Community Treatment Residence. This part-time role supports youth with daily living, supervision during transportation, school, therapy, and life skills in a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment. You will document progress, participate in treatment meetings, and apply de-escalation techniques, while maintaining a clean and safe living setting. The Friday–Saturday night schedule (11 PM–7 AM) is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Centerboard
