We are seeking passionate, committed individuals to join our DYS (Department of Youth Services) Secure Treatment Program. This program provides a structured, therapeutic environment for youth who require secure care. You will play a vital role in the day-to-day care and supervision of youth. You will work closely with a team of professionals to create a safe, supportive environment that fosters personal growth and positive behavioral change. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people by guiding them toward healthier decision‑making and future success. The ideal candidate will build positive, trusting relationships with youth, grounded in mutual respect, and be skilled in using de‑escalation techniques and crisis management strategies when needed. You will assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that guide youth toward personal growth and healthier decision‑making.
