Residential Youth Counselor

American Training is seeking a Residential Counselor to support youth residents ages 14-22 in our homes in Methuen and Lawrence. The role emphasizes emotional support, activity coordination, and helping residents develop daily living skills. Shift options include overnight from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Tuesday through Saturday, with full and part-time opportunities.
