Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for acting as the crucial link between a client’s vision and the technical execution of a project. They translate business goals into clear, actionable specifications, ensuring that the team builds the right solutions the right way. This role is for strategic thinkers who enjoy problem-solving and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Owners to ensure product vision and client goals are clearly articulated.
• Drive clarity by converting high-level ideas into well-defined user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Lead conversations with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and break down complex ideas.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical tasks for the development team.
• Ensure features align with the product roadmap and client expectations.
• Build a deep understanding of end users to guide user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create alignment between Product Owner, developers, and testers.
• Help track and refine success metrics throughout the development lifecycle.

Experience:

• Proven track record of converting high-level ideas into well-defined user stories and functional specifications.
• Strong experience leading software architecture design, hands-on development, and end-to-end testing, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and quality.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies.
• Experience in leading conversations with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Strong collaboration skills to manage expectations of many stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
