JobSummary:
TheEHRStabilityAnalystplaysavitalroleinensuringthesuccessfuldeployment,adoption,andcontinuousimprovementoftheVirginiaDepartmentofHealth’sElectronicHealthRecord(EHR)system.ThisrolesupportsLocalHealthDistrictendusers,evaluatesworkflowneeds,documentsenhancementopportunities,andpartnerswithtechnicalteams,businessstakeholders,andvendororganizationstoensuretheEHRalignswithoperationalandclinicalrequirements.Theanalystwillalsocontributetointerimsolutiondevelopmentandhelpdefinestrategiesforlong-termsystemimprovements.
Responsibilities:
-MonitorandmaintainkeyEHRworkflows,processes,andprocedures.
-Engagewithstakeholderstounderstandoperationalneeds,evaluatecurrentEHRcapabilities,identifygaps,andrecommendeffectivealternativesolutions.
-Gather,analyze,anddocumentbusinessrequirementsforsystemenhancements.
-Developuserstories,acceptancecriteria,andotherAgiledocumentationasneeded.
-Collaborateeffectivelywithcross-functionaltechnical,clinical,andbusinessteams.
-Produceclearuserdocumentation,jobaids,andtrainingmaterials.
RequiredSkills&Experience:
-Experienceprovidingapplicationsupport,preferablyinhealthcareenvironments.
-Excellentanalytical,communication,andproblem-solvingabilities.
-Experienceparticipatinginstructuredtestingcycles.
-ProficiencywithMSOffice,MicrosoftTeams,SharePoint,andVisio.
PreferredQualifications:
-ExperiencesupportingorimplementingEHRsystems.
-ExperiencewithSQL,Oracledatabases,orwebapplicationenvironments.
-FamiliaritywithAgilemethodologiesanddocumentationpractices.
