Senior Financial Analyst (Project Management) JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting. Governmental or Municipality experience preferred PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates and generated monthly Board and Corporate reporting packages, working closely with senior management while gaining an operational understanding of the business. Generates and consolidates monthly results for the entire regional and Support Services business segments with specific focus and analysis on budget/forecast actual. Partners with the Executive team and Senior Leadership on variances to plan and spend tracking. Supports FP & A team through B-Pack production, Trade Review slide support, CapEx management and tracking, CPI tracker updates, budget template development, and overall enhancements. Maintains HQ accounting reconciliations: insurance and wire transactions/postings, and the Risk Register for UK reporting. Supports special projects (i.e. critical ERP go-live support, SOP development/maintenance, etc.). Other duties as assigned. Education / Experience Education/Experience: BS Degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of experience. Technical: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet. Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, Styeline, and Microsoft Suite. Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License. Communication: Communicates clearly & professionally. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work environment is characteristic of an office environment: sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities.
