Warehouse Manager

As the company continues to grow, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by leading a small team, improving operations, and helping shape the future of the facility.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, autonomy, and the chance to drive meaningful improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support a small warehouse team to ensure efficient production and on-time order fulfillment.
- Build strong relationships by communicating directly with customers and vendors.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes and productivity.
- Operate a forklift and assist with warehouse operations as needed.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of recent experience managing a warehouse or distribution team.
- Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
