Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Laredo, TX Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty Laredo Medical Center Buena Vista-AP-Physician-0003 State TX Location 1700 East Saunders Laredo Texas 78041 Requirements Must have TX license, DEA and CDS to request app Full Privilege Requirements Need to have completed hospital application, COI, all required credentials, verification of all education/training/licensure/boards, claims history of past 5 years, all current/prior (10 years) work history and affiliations verified, three peer references received, NPDB, background check Physician Requirements Summary Active State Medical License, CDS, & DEA (with TX address), Board Certified in ABEM OR ABFM OR ABIM (or osteopathic counterparts), *Must be residency trained in Speciality Certified in ACLS, ATLS, & PALS, CME past 2 years, case logs past 2 years, copies of all education & training diplomas, SS Card, Driver's license, color photo emailed to MSO, TB/FLU, Annually must have 9 hrs of Stroke CME and 9 hrs of Trauma CME.
