Job Summary Bank of America is a national banking institution. This role provides comprehensive financial advice to clients, helps them reach financial goals, and recommends appropriate products. Key Responsibilities Triage client leads and make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds. Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking solutions). Plan short and long‑term financial goals by building financial plans with brokerage products. Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs. Mediates and controls risk as part of daily activities. Identify and engage potential new clients via referrals and financial center clientele. Maintain SAFE Act registration for residential mortgage loan origination and comply with background checks. Required Qualifications Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑disciplined time and capacity management. Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions. Strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Adaptability to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) qualification. Bachelor’s degree or minimum of one year financial services or sales experience.
