Pediatric NP / PA
Join an integrative non-profit integrated regional health system in NW Ohio (outside of Toledo). Suburban community offering a high quality of life, affordable housing, and good school districts.
Join a collaborative care model working closely with pediatricians and primary care physicians. Currently 3 Pediatric providers. Support patients with wellness check, immunizations, sick visits, and sport physicals. Hospital-employed position. Monday-Friday, no evenings/weekends. Outpatient practice - no inpatient service. Average 25 patients p/day. Light call required: 1:3 (phone consults only). Cerner EMR.
Requirements:
- Board Certified: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Prefer 2 years pediatric experience
- Prefer PNP (Pediatric NP) certified (or willing to obtain)
- OH license, or eligible
Compensation:
- Guaranteed base salary to $130K
- Uncapped productivity incentives to $20k annually
- Signing bonus to $10k
- Relocation assistance to $5k (negotiable)
- Significant loan forgiveness
- Generous PTO (5 weeks) plus holidays and sick pay
- CME ($3500 annually)

- Retirement plan w/4% employer match (year 2)
