HOURS: MON-THUR 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Responsibilities: • • Welcome patients and provide a friendly, positive first impression. • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and keep patient records and medical histories up to date. • Schedule appointments and help coordinate patient treatment plans. • Verify dental insurance coverage and benefits. • Assist patients with questions about billing, insurance, and appointments. Qualifications: • • Prior dental office experience (billing, scheduling, insurance verification). • Exceptional communication and organizational skills. • A friendly, professional attitude that puts patients at ease. • A passion for delivering outstanding patient care and creating memorable experiences. Compensation: $23 - $28 hourly
