Responsibilities:- Lead client consultations to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and trust.
- Utilize our digital tools to streamline client interactions and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current advice.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success.
- Mentor and support junior financial professionals, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
- Drive sales of life insurance and investment products, meeting or exceeding set targets consistently.
- Experience in financial services or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices.
- Ability to lead client consultations with confidence, delivering tailored financial solutions that meet individual needs.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms to enhance client interactions and streamline service delivery.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current advice.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to share insights and strategies with team members for collective success.
