Associate Attorney Austin, TX, US Job Details Experience: Senior Level Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 per year What You’ll Do Represent appraisal districts in property tax litigation, arbitration proceedings, and valuation disputes throughout Texas Advise clients on property tax matters, including exemptions, special appraisal designations, and related legal issues Manage a high-volume docket from initial case evaluation through resolution, including motions, discovery, hearings, and trial preparation Build and maintain strong relationships with appraisal district clients, property owners, consultants, and other stakeholders Serve as a trusted advisor on complex property valuation and tax‑related matters Travel throughout Texas for client meetings, hearings, arbitrations, and court appearances Develop expertise in the Texas Property Tax Code and contribute to the continued growth of the practice A bit about us We are a respected Texas law firm representing appraisal districts and governmental entities throughout the state, and we are seeking an Attorney for our Austin and Houston offices.
