Take your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to the next level in a rewarding contract assignment serving students from PreK through 5th grade. This dynamic position offers the chance to impact young learners in an elementary school setting, with an emphasis on communication and language development. The role is primarily onsite, though flexibility for teletherapy is available for the right candidate.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Maryland SLP-CCC license required
• Previous experience in Maryland schools preferred
• Comfort working with elementary-aged students (PreK-5th)
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Able to provide approximately 60 service hours per month
• Familiarity with IEPs and school-based therapy documentation

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy services to students in PreK through 5th grade
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop goals and intervention plans
• Track student progress and maintain accurate, timely records for compliance and reporting
• Support students in achieving meaningful outcomes in academic and social settings
