Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students from PreK through 5th grade with speech and language needs in a vibrant school environment. This role offers a 35-hour workweek beginning in late August and continuing through mid-June, focusing on delivering 60 service hours per month to elementary-aged learners. While onsite services are the priority, consideration will be given to qualified professionals interested in virtual therapy.

Preferred candidates will bring experience working in Maryland schools and hold an active Maryland SLP license (CCC-SLP). Your expertise will have a deep impact on young learners during a critical period of their development.

What we look for:

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) license required
• Demonstrated experience in Maryland school settings preferred
• Previous experience delivering services to elementary students, ideally PreK–5th
• Flexibility to work onsite; open to candidates who offer virtual (VOCO) services
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

What you’ll do:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to meet required monthly service hours for elementary caseloads
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary school teams
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Contribute to building a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere
