Lead integrated behavioral health, psychiatry, and SUD programs org-wide - and help open a brand-new $58M clinic.
- Org-wide scope: behavioral health clinicians, psychiatry, MAT/SUD programs
- Leadership Team seat - shape strategy, not just operations
- Growth story: third clinic opening 2027, ~15,000 new patients
- Practice + lead: keep a clinical presence while directing the program
- Monday-Friday outpatient schedule, full benefits
- Master's or Doctorate in psychology or social work
- Current CA licensure as Psychologist or LCSW
- 5+ years as a BH clinician, at least half in leadership
- FQHC/community-health experience strongly preferred
