Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demand effectively. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing dental practices.
