Principal Product Manager, Machine Learning & AI (Media Intelligence)

As Principal Product Manager, you are a member of our strategic braintrust, driving major initiatives on your roadmap that contribute to Tatari’s short and long term success. You are seen as a thought leader known for innovation and creative strategies. You inspire the organization to think bigger. You are comfortable rolling your sleeves up and being an individual contributor in the delivery of your roadmap while also acting as an evangelist for broader organizational changes that are required to be successful. This role is an opportunity to deeply influence the strategic direction of the Tatari product. Responsibilities: Wholesale ownership of the vision and product roadmap for our AI/ML recommendation and prediction products—spanning ideation of new business ideas and business cases through market research and effective competitive differentiation—all leading to increased growth and sustained competitive advantage. Responsible for getting alignment with leadership for future technology investments to support business goals and objectives. Go to expert on customers: ability to leverage all sources of empirical and qualitative evidence to convincingly validate roadmap strategy and prioritization of product feature ideas. Looked to for deep knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape. Implement and analyze usage data to understand changes in customer behavior and their impacts to the business. Design and guide engineering teams in providing short-term product deliverables that add up to a long-term strategy. Evangelize and continue to raise the bar on AI and ML product and innovation at Tatari. Participate in all Agile ceremonies as part of the delivery lifecycle. Work closely with design, data science and engineering teams to drive, define and clarify product requirements, ensuring that product features and initiatives launch on time, and meet customer needs at the right quality bar. Qualifications: 10+ years experience in a Product Management role, including 3+ years on ML/AI. Demonstrated experience in shaping organizational product strategy—influencing and inspiring partners and leadership—that have achieved desired business outcomes. Proven experience developing and leading at-scale recommendation and/or graph neural network products or features. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and get organizational buy in and excitement for product roadmap(s). Deep understanding of the Agile development process. Quick learner with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to think analytically, systemically, and conceptually. Experience in partnering with UX team to design and deliver great solutions for AI/ML features.
