Job Type: Regular Location: Walmart 2945 - Parkesburg, PA 19365 Overview Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate position with immediate hiring. First sale bonus, paid training, and next‑day pay options available. Responsibilities Work within your local retailer, engaging consumers about NRG electricity and gas. Help customers lower their energy costs by uncovering desires and overcoming objections. Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees. Welcome customers and politely offer solutions. Collaborate with your team to accomplish goals and celebrate success. Maintain professional interaction with customers and employees, meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly. Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest products. Document and report sales accurately, track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations. Maintain clean, organized, functional, and presentable workstations/kiosks. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Comply with performance measurements: attendance, sales quotas, customer satisfaction, rejection percentages, and complaints. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
