Deal Desk / Sales Operations AnalystIn this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of order management within the Sales Operations group and will have a diverse set of responsibilities. The Deals Desk Team plays a critical role in collaboration between Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product, and is a vital cog in the quote to cash cycle.You will support our sales professionals and others through the design, implementation, and operational execution of end-to-end processes and tools.Responsibilities:Process and validate orders for subscription, services and training products, ensuring accurate and "clean" bookings across Salesforce, DealHub and Ironclad, and resolving any processing issues with Sales and customers.Facilitate and coordinate opportunity/deal approvals to ensure accurate pricing, discounting and product configuration.Support high-value and strategic opportunities, ensuring deal information, stages and forecasts are accurate and up to date.Support quarter-end activities and deal reviews, proactively identifying blockers and helping drive opportunities through the approval and booking process.Ensure opportunities are documented accurately and in a timely manner in Salesforce by the Sales team.Maintain Deal Desk documentation, contractual templates, approval processes and workflows.Process contract signatures and maintain accurate records of executed customer agreements.Work closely with Direct Sales, Partner, Finance and Legal teams to support direct and channel transactions.Support invoicing reconciliation with Finance as required.Maintain and develop Salesforce reports and dashboards to support pipeline, forecasting and operational visibility.Assist with annual audits, including providing supporting documentation and walking auditors through Deal Desk processes and controls.Lead and support process improvement and automation initiatives across Deal Desk and Sales Operations.Provide training and enablement to the Sales team as new processes and procedures are implemented.Qualifications:3 - 5 years of sales operations, deal desk or order processing experienceStrong analytical skills and effective decision-making abilityProficient with Excel, Word, and Gsuite3 - 5 year minimum experience using Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign, Ironclad or similar toolsStrong oral and written communications and presentations skillsAbility to organize and prioritize, maintain attention to detail, and work under critical time-framesAble to support traditional software company end of quarter peak timelinesAdditional Information:You will have the opportunity to:Work with an established Silicon Valley leader in the cloud infrastructure industry;Work with exceptionally passionate, talented and engaging colleagues, helping Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers implement next-generation cloud technologies;Be a part of cutting-edge, open-source innovation;Thrive in the high-energy environment of a young company where openness, collaboration, risk-taking, and continuous growth are valued;Professional development and training;Attend conferences and working groups;Company outings, happy hours, hackathons, and tech talks;Receive a competitive compensation package with a strong benefits plan.It is understood that Mirantis, Inc. may use automated decision-making technology (ADMT) for specific employment-related decisions.
