** The Opportunity **

Adobe's creative community connects millions of makers every month, from first-timers to industry icons. We're rebuilding it into the best place for creators to discover, learn, create, and share. We need a builder-minded Senior Product Manager to own a core piece of that experience and make it better every week.

This is a hands-on role. Prototype to think, use AI by default, and help shape how creators connect in an AI-native world. The role sits embedded in a cross-functional team of community leaders, PMs, designers, and engineers, and moves fast!

** What you'll Do **

• Own core areas of the community experience, from strategy through launch and growth.
• Speak for creators of every level and make sure the community product meets their needs.
• Prototype fast with AI, turning ideas into working demos in hours, not weeks.
• Set the right metrics, run experiments, and let data guide the roadmap.
• Build lightweight AI workflows that help the team learn from the community at scale.
• Shape feasibility and architecture decisions alongside engineering.

** What you need to succeed **

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in product management or an equivalent area, shipping consumer or creator products.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools to build, prototype, and ship.
• Comfort making technical and architecture trade-offs with engineers.
• Strong data and experimentation instincts.
• Experience building for community, creators, or UGC, strongly preferred.
• Clear communication and a track record of leading across functions.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
