Job Details
We are seeking a motivated attorney licensed in California who is eager to build a career in workers’ compensation law. No prior experience in this field is required—we will fully train and mentor you.
What You’ll Do:
Represent clients at hearings and trials
Conduct legal research and case evaluations
Draft pleadings, settlement documents, and reports
Negotiate settlements and communicate with opposing counsel
Manage a caseload with support from legal assistants/paralegals
What We’re Looking For:
California Bar license in good standing
1–3 years of legal experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and grow
Spanish language skills a plus
