Carpentry or Construction Experience Preferred: 1+ years of carpentry, construction, remodeling, mechanical, or hands‑on labor experience is helpful — but not required for the right candidate. Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and learning installation techniques. Reliability: Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required).
