Overall Job Summary The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed. Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues. Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely. Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements. Complete store layout initiatives and cycle counts. Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Review planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value. Required Qualifications Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Preferred Skills and Abilities Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution. Self-directed with minimal assistance required. Working Conditions Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise, working shifts generally from 4 to over 8 hours. Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for long durations. Adherence to safety guidelines and promotion of a safe work environment. Physical Requirements Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment, and perform physical activities such as standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
