Position: Industrial Sewing Machine OperatorPay Rate:$20.50Shift: 2nd ShiftSchedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PMStatus: Full-TimeLocation: Romeoville, ILOvertime: Required as needed Operate industrial sewing machines and CNC cutting equipment to manufacture parts according to specifications. Use an RF scanner and basic ERP systems to track materials, inventory, and finished products. Create and apply labels accurately. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Report defects or production issues to the Production Lead or Quality Department. Move raw materials and finished goods between worktables, conveyors, and machines. Clean, label, and package finished products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Assist with training new and existing team members on production processes and best practices. Complete required production paperwork accurately. Follow all machine safety procedures, company policies, and emergency protocols.
